Atoa automatically asks customers to leave a review after each payment. Positive reviews are displayed on your Google Business Profile, while negative feedback is managed privately.
After each payment, Atoa gently nudges your customers to leave a rating out of 5 and some feedback. 4 and 5-star reviews are automatically published on your connected Google Business Profile. Any feedback rated 3 stars or under stays private so you can address it directly for a better outcome or solution.
Any reviews below 4 stars are stored privately in your Atoa dashboard. This allows you to address the issue directly with the customer before it affects your online reputation.
Positive reviews collected on Atoa are usually posted on your Google Business Profile within 1 to 2 days.
